My purpose on this planet is to guide you back to yourself so you can feel more YOU!

I am a certified Inner Alignment Level 3 Healer, Soul Retrieval Guide, 400-hour Yoga Teacher (Kundalini, Vinyasa, Hatha), Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, lightworker, nomad, and lifelong learner.

Over the past five years, I’ve transformed my life from feeling completely disconnected from my heart, body, and soul—living in fear, insecurity, and self-doubt, numbing my emotions through addictions, and repeating patterns of suffering—to now living a life full of purpose. Today, I feel deeply connected to myself, radiate confidence, experience profound and sustaining joy, and embrace many exciting adventures.

I walk this path with deep devotion to Truth, a commitment to inner work, and a passion for living my purpose on Earth. My journey is proof that no matter how lost you feel, transformation is always within reach—and it can lead to a life more beautiful than you ever imagined.

HERE IS MY STORY...

No matter how many times I've fallen, I've always found the strength to get back up and move forward.

For much of my adult life, I felt stuck—trapped in a cycle of fear and insecurity. I believed my body was broken, was afraid to say no, and spent years trying to fix others, all while navigating one failed relationship after another. My deepest fear was being alone, unsure how to take care of myself or trust that anyone else would.

It wasn’t until I found the courage to speak a truth I’d been holding in for over a year that everything began to shift. The moment I spoke my truth, a massive weight lifted from my shoulders. I realized I had been the one holding myself back all along. That awareness became the turning point in my life.

From there, I made the choice to reclaim my power. I ended a relationship, sold my house and belongings, and embarked on a solo journey across the country with my two dogs and a cat—living on my own for nearly two years. During that time, I dedicated myself to living authentically, following my heart, and helping others reconnect with their own truth and inner power.
